ACV-CSCI Belgium Together with KSBSI Holds Evaluation and Preparation of the 2024 Work Program

ACV-CSCIASIA.ORG, JAKARTA – ACV-CSCI together with The Confederation of All Indonesian Trade Unions (KSBSI) held a meeting for the evaluation and preparation of the 2024 work program. This annual agenda was held in Jakarta on Monday (22/01/2024).

Present at the activity were the KSBSI National Executive Council (DEN), Elly Rosita Silaban as President of KSBSI and his staff, representatives of the General Chair and Secretariat of 10 KSBSI affiliated Federations, as well as Stijn Sintubin ACV CSCI Belgium, Maria Emeninta regional coordinator of ACV-CSCI Asia, Martuah Raja Siregar ACV-CSCI Indonesia.

Elly Rosita Silaban, President of KSBSI, expressed her many thanks to ACV-CSC International which has been very helpful in increasing the capacity of her organization.

“KSBSI is very grateful for the role of ACV-CSCI in increasing organizational capacity at both national and international levels, we have gained a lot of useful knowledge.” said Elly Rosita Silaban.

The agenda for this meeting is part of a series of collaboration between KSBSI and ACV-CSC International Belgium, where the meeting will discuss evaluation and preparation of future work programs.

“Work program to strengthen labor issues, including K3 and gender based violence and many more.” Elly explained.

Meanwhile, Stijn Sintubin ACV-CSCI Belgium said that this evaluation and work program was carried out on regional and national ACV-CSCI which would later be presented in more detail by the coordinator.

“Regarding the evaluation, we will discuss efficiency, effectiveness, participation, sustainability, gender, training quality, people and the environment.” Stijn said.

He hopes that KSBSI will be able to maximize future work programs in accordance with the decent work development framework, both in Indonesia and globally. (RED/Handi)
